The for children Despite this its a very entertaining movie that has the power to pull viewers into the story. While the animation is stunning and there are some great voice performances the film feels very generic and unoriginal. The story is still compelling especially when the ghosts of Christmas past present and future visit Scrooge. However the one thing that really holds this film back is the lack of depth and artistry in the animation. It doesnt use a diverse style to convey deeper themes like SpiderMan Into the SpiderVerse did nor does it have any of the same level of detail as stopmotion masterpieces such as Guillermo del Toros Pinocchio adaptation.
